This endeavor was born out of a love of beauty and the desire to create. I've always been drawn to creativity for as long as I can remember. It's a gift I have been invited to unwrap, one layer at a time.

The real journey was discovering what to do with it.

And yeah. This journey has blown me away. The Lord has taken me by the hand and led me to places I never would’ve gone on my own. He has helped me conquer fears, taken me to new heights, and called me so gently and lovingly to do his work. His work of cultivating true beauty in the culture.

Me? Why me? I have asked this question more times than I can count. But as JP II said to craftsmen in his ‘Letter to Artists’: “Those who perceive in themselves this kind of divine spark which is the artistic vocation feel at the same time the obligation not to waste this talent but to develop it, in order to put it at the service of their neighbour and of humanity as a whole.”

It’s simple. “Beauty will save the world” (F. Dostoyeveky). Not the culture’s idea of beauty, but the beauty created by the Divine artist. Beauty that points to the sacredness of life and stirs awe and wonder deep within our souls.

The beauty and magnificence of this earth, in so many forms, are merely tiny glimpses of the eternal beauty of His Kingdom. I am passionate about documenting this beauty, spreading it far and wide, and sharing stories that reflect His overwhelming love to the world.

A few fun facts about me...

Jesus is my reason for getting out of bed every morning. He relentlessly pursues my heart and I will glorify him in everything I do.

I was born & raised in San Diego, CA which has been home for my 26 years of life --- but I'm making a big move to Nashville, TN this year. The one question I've been getting the most is why? The best answer is community. It was a prayer I prayed for a long. time. For the community I need to be apart of. And when God calls, you go.

I'm half Hungarian. One of my most treasured family stories is my grandparents' escape from Hungary during the '56 revolution. I visited twice in high school and fell in love with the rich culture and history. I dream of the day I can roam the streets of Budapest again.

In 2012 I went through a broken engagement that led me through a conversion of heart and deeper discovery of the Father’s merciful, faithful love for me. My life forever changed, because that's when I really handed over the pen and allowed Him to be the author of my story.

My health journey has led me through some of the most challenging seasons of my life as well as the most healing. I’m all about a cleaner, healthier, simpler lifestyle so I can be the best version of myself.

One of my top love languages has always been gift giving. Leaving handwritten notes, meticulously planning a gift, turning gift wrapping into a work of art.. I guess you could say I get a little excited about loving through creativity.

Just a few things that bring my heart joy: chilly fall days, watercolor painting, handwritten letters, camping in the mountains, fiddling, dancing under the stars, fresh cut flowers, my "farm cat" Dakota, avocado on anything, singing harmony, all the Young Living essential oils, Josh Garrels playing on Spotify, laughing and sharing rich conversations with a friend over a cup of tea, late nights adoring Jesus.

Most days you can find me strolling through a farmer's market probably buying flowers, praying after Mass with all the cute older ladies, snacking on chips & guac (guilty pleasure), or editing in my pj's.

I'm greatly inspired by moms I know raising little ones, Blessed Is She, majestic cathedrals, vast forests, bountiful gardens, Chip & Jo, the tiny house movement (build one for me?), the cutest coffee shops, and all the saints.

My ideal day involves exploring mountains with no cell signal. Maybe one day I'll have a tiny house on a lot of land in the mountains.

A few words I strive to live by:

meet every person where they're at
be totally present with others
be a sign of hope
always choose love
journey forward toward heaven one day at a time

Thanks for stopping by! I sincerely hope I can get to know you and capture your story!

I am so grateful to Erica of Be A Heart Design for creating a representation of my brand so beautifully with this logo. Her story and creativity is one of my biggest inspirations for my own work, and it is such an honor to have her art woven into my business. I am still discovering ways that it so perfectly tells the story behind this business endeavor, and I've been just watching it unfold as I grow.

As I read the words of the scripture readings this morning, these words seeped into my soul:

"Blessed are those who trust in the Lord; whose hope is in the Lord. They are like a tree planted beside the waters that stretches out its roots to the stream: It does not fear heat when it comes, its leaves stay green; In the year of drought it shows no distress, but still produces fruit." // Jeremiah 17:7-8

Evergreen trees are a reminder of life for me. Being deeply rooted, richly nourished, bringing life to those around me. Their boughs stay green all year long. Even in the dead of winter, covered in snow, they remain green in expectant hope of Spring. They also thrive at higher elevations, nestled in the mountains. When I'm in the mountains, I feel fully alive, close to the Lord, and filled with joy. It's an outward reminder of an inner reality to always climb to the heights. To seek what is above. To abide in that place of complete trust. To be life-giving.

Cultivating beauty, goodness, and truth is a reminder of what I am called to do. That this work is not mine, but that I am a co-creator in the Father's work. And in my "yes" every day, my hope is to create beauty, that will lead to goodness, that will lead to truth in the lives of everyone I encounter.
